Tek Troniks have launched ‘Service and Support Packages’, to offer customers complete peace of mind.

Keeping your monitoring system validated is important to protect your investment. We aim to ensure we’re always on hand should you require technical support, additional parts, replacement parts etc.

There’s 3 service & support packages available:

• Gold
• Silver
• Bronze

We can also create bespoke packages depending on your requirements.

Each package has a different offering ranging from: discounted replacement parts and additional parts, software updates, discounted calibration costs, priority call out service and more.
